Inspection requests are fulfilled by Potomac Custom Remodeling, a Maryland-licensed exterior remodeling contractor operating under MHIC license #140855.

Inspection Requests

Submitting an inspection request does not guarantee a specific appointment time until the appointment is confirmed.

Appointment availability may change, and appointments may need to be rescheduled because of weather, access conditions, safety concerns, or other operational circumstances.

No Obligation to Purchase

Requesting or receiving an inspection does not require you to purchase a repair, replacement, or any other service.

Any future work, pricing, authorization, or contract will be handled separately and must be agreed to in writing.
